Find inspiration for bringing your travel experiences back into your classroom by searching below!
Every educator who travels with GEEO is asked to design a Classroom Action Plan—a way they intend to share their experience abroad with their students once they return to the classroom. Some plans are a single lesson, and others might run the length of a school year.
Search the database below for inspiration on infusing global citizenship education into your curriculum. Borrow ideas from other creative and innovative educators, adapt them to your grade and subject, and find ways to help your students become globally competent and compassionate future leaders.
A tip before you start
Keep it broad, with just one or two filters applied. A plan built for middle school science might spark exactly the right idea for your high school math class. Stay flexible and get creative as you explore the plans.
Have an idea for a globally-themed lesson we should add? Send it to travel@geeo.org. Traveling with us soon? We’ll reach out as your trip approaches with everything you need to submit your own plan.
