GEEO offers discounts to help educators save on their travel programs. Our best deals tend to go quickly, especially early in the booking cycle—so if you see a trip you’re interested in, it’s worth acting sooner rather than later.

GEEO Year-Round Discount

GEEO programs are always priced 5% below retail. When we price our trips, we take the price that our partner G Adventures charges the public and reduce it by 5%. Any discount you see below is in addition to this initial 5% discount and can be stacked with our Year-Round Discount.

We can also apply our Year-Round Discount to regular G Adventures departures. If you can’t find a trip in the GEEO catalog that meets your needs first, let us know, and we can find an alternative in G Adventures’ much broader catalog. We’ll get you a discount, and you’ll still have our amazing customer service.

GEEO “Early Bird” Registration Discount

GEEO offers an Early Registration Discount to the first 8 travelers who book eligible programs. Whether you’re a first-time GEEO traveler or a returning GEEO alum, enjoy the extra savings just by being among the earliest to register. It’s our way of helping you secure your spot, save money, and start getting excited for the adventure ahead.

Discount Tiers:
— 5% off for new GEEO travelers
— 8% off for returning GEEO alumni

Promotion Details:
— Available to the first 8 people who register for each eligible, non-private GEEO program
— If you are not among the first 8 but you register at least 6 months before departure, you’ll be placed on a priority waitlist for any Early Bird spots that may become available due to cancellations
— Can be combined with the Educator Referral Program credit
— Can be combined with the Multi-Trip Discount if the booking receiving the Early Bird Discount is the more expensive program
— Requires a deposit paid to secure your spot as one of the first 8

Terms and Conditions:
— A new GEEO traveler is someone who has never participated in a GEEO program in the past.
— An alum is any traveler who has completed a GEEO program, or booked a G Adventures program through GEEO, prior to booking their current trip. Direct booking a G Adventures trip does not count toward GEEO alum status.
— Some custom or private group programs are excluded.
— Travelers who are not among the first 8, but register at least 6 months before the trip departure date, are automatically placed on a waitlist for Early Bird discounts. If any of the first 8 travelers cancel, waitlisted travelers will receive the discount in order of their original registration, provided the cancellation occurs more than 90 days before departure.
— Travelers receiving our 10% Multi-Trip Discount do not occupy Early Bird spots.
— If you cancel and rebook, you may forfeit your spot in the “first 8” if the departure has already filled that threshold.
— Discounts are applied on a first-come, first-served basis, based on the timestamp of your paid deposit. Registering without submitting a deposit does not hold your place in the first 8.
— GEEO reserves the right to change or end this promotion at any time.

Multi-Trip Discount

Want to make the most of your international flight? GEEO’s Multi-Trip Discount rewards participants who book two or more programs in the same travel year (September 1–August 31). Whether you’re new to GEEO or a returning alum, you can save 10% on each additional lower-cost trip (up to three programs total).

Promotion Details:
— Valid for any participant who books two or three GEEO programs with travel dates between September 1 and August 31 of the following year.
— Save 10% off each of the lower-priced programs (up to two).
— The most expensive program receives the highest eligible discount (e.g., Early Registration); remaining trips receive the Multi-Trip Discount.
— Can be combined with the Educator Referral Program credit
— Can be combined with the Early Bird Discount if the booking receiving the Early Bird Discount is the more expensive program
— Each trip must be booked with a $350 deposit to be eligible.
— Valid for all travelers — no prior GEEO travel experience required.

Terms and Conditions:
— You must maintain at least two active bookings to keep the discount; canceling all but one trip will void the discount.
— Only one discount may be applied per trip. For example, you cannot combine the 10% Multi-Trip Discount and the Early Registration Discount on the same booking.
— This promotion does not apply to non-GEEO G Adventures trips.

Educator Referral Program

GEEO’s Educator Referral Program is exclusively available to past GEEO travelers. Our mission is to make travel a standard component of professional development for educators, and we encourage our alumni to share their GEEO experiences with colleagues.

If you have completed a GEEO trip and sign up for another program, you can earn a $100 discount on your program fee for each new active educator you refer— up to two $100 referral credits per booking.

To Qualify:
— The referred educator must be new to GEEO and must be an active educator
— The referred educator must register for a GEEO program in the same school year (Sept 1-Aug 31)
— The referred educator must enter your name in booking form field, “How did you find out about GEEO?” at the time of registration

Referral Terms and Conditions:
— Valid only for registrations made within the same school year as the referring participant.
— Referred educator must pay in full and not cancel their booking.
— Referrals are limited to new bookings by active educators who have never traveled with GEEO
— Referral must be identified at the time of registration and may credit only one referral source
— Referred and referring participants may book different trips
— Not valid if referral books a non-GEEO G Adventures program, nor can credit be applied to a non-GEEO program
— Cannot be used on private programs or by anyone receiving a free trip from GEEO
— Can be combined with the Multi-Trip Discount and Early Registration Discount
— Discounts are non-transferable and have no cash value.
