Temple Art and Architecture of Vietnam and Cambodia

Action Plan
I am an elementary art teacher and I would like to teach my students about various forms of art and architecture from Vietnam and Cambodia. I will show students my photos of the famous temples and architectural sites. I plan to teach lessons related to the art.
Pre-Departure Preparation
I will research different art forms such as: silk painting, lanterns, ceramics, kite-making, Vietnamese paper dolls and Cambodian painting. I will research the different museums and places we are visiting on the tour to see what information I can find in advance.
Preparation During Travel
When we visit museums and architectural sites I will make sure to take plenty of photos of the artifacts and sites. I plan to visit different markets and craft fairs to learn about the various local crafts. I hope to purchase some examples of the art at local gift shops and museums to show my students later.
