Action Plan

I will arrange visits to these locations during my free time, speak with tour guides and locals, and read up on literature prior and after our trip.

Pre-Departure Preparation

I am a special ed teacher. For my self contained classes, at the beginning of each school year I give an “about me” powerpoint presentation. One of the things I share with my students in this powerpoint is my Buddhist cultural and religious background. I hope to use the pictures, conversations and experiences from this trip to engage my students.

Preparation During Travel

I will research multiple religious sites located in the cities on our itinerary.
