Action Plan

I will keep a journal of all my activities during the trip.

Pre-Departure Preparation

I will be presenting to staff about hiking in Spain as well as information about the people, history, food and customs in Spain. I will present a few sample of tapas for the staff to try. I will also do a similar presentation during reading night for students.
