I have already planned additional excursions in addition to the beautiful destinations already on the itinerary.
I teach an elective poetry class. Students workshop poetry to complete a chapbook of original poetry by the end of the school year. Each poem submitted is inspired by various poets, topics and events. I plan to take photographs while in Iceland. I will display the photographs and use them as a writing prompt.
I will research points of interest.
