While traveling through Costa Rica, I will take lots of pictures and purchase artifacts to bring back to my classroom.
Pre-Departure Preparation
In my Spanish class, I will teach the students about Costa Rica, including the geography, culture, and food. I will set up a market day with various artifacts and foods the students can “purchase” by using their Spanish and bartering skills.
Preparation During Travel
I will read about various artifacts and foods available in the locations we will be visiting.
