Action Plan
Float in the Dead Sea; Take a Balloon Ride in Wadi Rum
Pre-Departure Preparation
Density is a key concept in both chemistry and physics. It is one of the variables used to calculate air resistance. It is the key to explaining why some things float and others fall in solutions. My goal is to share the experience of floating or falling in water in the Dead Sea as well as in a balloon ride in the Wadi Rum Desert and relate it to these topics studied by my students.
