Action Plan

I will observe and, if possible, discuss mindfulness practices and techniques used by the monks of the monasteries that are visited.

Pre-Departure Preparation

As the school counselor, I want to increase the students awareness of other cultures and practice found throughout the world. I plan to learn more on mindfulness practices and techniques to teach to students.

Preparation During Travel

I want to research mindfulness practices and benefits.
