Action Plan

Participate in the tours and immerse self in the culture of the different areas. Take pictures and collect stories that I can take back to share with my students.

Pre-Departure Preparation

As a school counselor, I work to teach social-emotional skill to students including tolerance and empathy. I want to gain a better understanding of other cultures to share with students. In particular, I want to gain insight on the events of the holocaust and finds ways to share with students the importance of tolerance for others.

Preparation During Travel

I will research the a basic history of the locations being visited as to have a better understanding of what I am seeing.
