I hope to attend cooking school during the trip if I have the opportunity. As we travel take pictures of the food and engage in discussions about the role of food and traditions associated with the different foods.
Pre-Departure Preparation
I teach first grade and I would like to teach my students about the food from Morocco and also the customs associated with meals. We will then prepare a meal and invite the other first grade classes to share a meal with our class and teach them some of the customs associated with sharing a meal. During this time I will share pictures from my trip .
