Action Plan

I will sample and photograph various Moroccan dishes as well as talk with as many people as I can about their cooking and experience with local spices and cuisine.

Pre-Departure Preparation

As a cooking and nutrition instructor, I will teach my students about Moroccan cuisine, from the history of various influences to the delicious spice profiles and nutrition of various dishes.
