I will be taking photos and keeping a travel journal. I will talk to locals about life in Iceland.
As the school library media specialist, I am fortunate to create my own units of studies with kindergarten through grade five. I plan to share photos and information about Iceland with all of my students. I plan to design a unit for my 4th and 5th grade students in which they will research animals that live in Iceland. In addition, I will show my students in grades two through five a Google Earth presentation of the places I visited in Iceland.
I will research the terrain and animals of Iceland.
