I will take photographs of agricultural regions and will interview locals in regard to food sourcing.
In the History & Politics of Food senior elective course that I teach, I would like to have students examine the current food system of Morocco. They will research the current agricultural practices of the country, understand in what ways Morocco is reliant on food imports, and how the various foodstuffs are dispersed based on the socio-economic hierarchy.
I need to read about Morocco's current agricultural production to better understand the current food system and research the socio-economic circumstances of the population.
