External and Internal Forces on the Earth

Contributor :

Thomas Lonsdale

Action Plan

I will take time to search for and take photographs of examples of landforms, weathering, erosion, and deposition. These photographs will serve as an example of these earth processes during my lessons on these subjects.

Pre-Departure Preparation

My students study external and internal forces that influence the earth during the year. I plan to search for and take photographs of examples of landforms, weathering, erosion, and deposition during my time in Peru. I will share these photos with my students and colleagues when I return and incorporate them into our 7th grade curriculum.

Preparation During Travel

I will research the geological history of Peru before travelling there. I will also search for well known landforms that I may be able to see during the trip.
