I will tour one of the local harbors and ask locals how they use their ocean resources. I will take plenty of pictures for the students to explore and research while making comparisons to our own coastal area.
I am a gifted teacher we will be using the pictures I take to compare Iceland with our own coastal area. Not just landscape and coastal physical difference, but foods that they eat and how they use their coastal resources.
I will research the foods they eat and where their income comes from.
