I will take pictures and record notes.

Pre-Departure Preparation

We study New York City – buildings, symbols, history. We also study what an urban, rural and suburban area looks like in our area. It is important to look at other communities and make comparisons to life in New York. I will take pictures of important symbols of Israel and share with my students so that they can compare and contrast cities.

Preparation During Travel

I will research what symbols are important to Israelis so that I have background knowledge and am prepared to photograph interesting places.
