Action Plan

I will research the locations and hours of operation of various museums and art galleries in the cities we will be visiting. I will also be researching the artists.

Pre-Departure Preparation

I am an Anatomy and Physiology teacher and I would like to explore how art expresses anatomical forms. Therefore, my goal is to focus on human anatomical expression through art. I will explore museums and art galleries photographing paintings and sculptures of the human body and presenting them to my classes in the appropriate units. The background of the artist and the country, where the artist grew up and/or was inspired will be addressed, as well.

Preparation During Travel

I will research the artists that are native to the area I am visiting.
